Website Contact Form



The website can determine the future of your business, a good website can help grove the customer numbers but on the other hand, can very easily devastate your future opportunity for success. Are many ways to make the website look good and user-friendly, there are also ways to convince the customer to use the website which will eventually help to groove the business. The contact page is one of them, they are different ways to help customers with queries or questions for example frequently-asked questions (FAQ), Live Chat, or email contact form. All of the mentioned forms and applications have one specific purpose, to help a customer resolve the problem and make him happy. The less time will take the better. that will determine if the buyer will back to you or not (Ultatel, 2020).

On my Wix website, I decided to add a Life Chat ability for clients which are required immediate help with any kind of query, I believe that is very important to have that ability on the web page as there are many occasions that will require immediate attention from business point to support the customer. I also include the Contact page which will allow clients to send emails directly to the business with queries that are not required for instance attention, on that site will declare that response will come between 3-5 days to make sure that customers don't fill ignore by the business. On top of the above, the website includes the FAQ page with the frequently asked questions and answers which will help our shoppers with the easy question that they are not able to find the answers to.
